How to build and maintain good habits for yourself ?

As you know, we humans are controlled by a set of habits, therefore developing good habits should be easy - right! Well, not always. The problem is that we are comfortable doing things the same way day by day. We often absent-mindedly stick to a daily routine without thinking about the consequence or the result of it. How we can change and where do we begin ? I recommend you about 3 steps to develop and maintain good habits.
    1. Identify the habit. Firstly, we need to do is become aware. For instance, our finances are in disarray and we always spend more than we earn, or not practicing the good habit of balancing a budget. It's time to change our habits.
    2. To write, then the commitment, to change. As you know, one popular method to build habits is called the 21/90 rule. The rule is simple enough. First, you write down and commit that each month of this year develop one new habit. Secondly, do not expect the perfect when you first start building a good habit. Finally, you sometimes feel depressed but please trust yourself, you can do it and you just have to be patient, your effort will pay off.
    3. Discover your triggers and obstacles.  If you don't know what your triggers are, or if you do not prepare for the inevitable obstacles, you will set yourself up for failure. In order to build good habits, we must be aware of what our habits are and replace bad habits to good habits day by day. Look for healthy ways for dealing with triggers and obstacles and we cannot let boredom, anger, or anxiety be triggers for bad habits.
